Dura-Blast 48” Table Blast – Shot Blast Table

Dura-Blast 48” Table Blast – Shot Blast Table

Designed by shot-blast specialists, the Table Blast is designed to anticipate and cater to operator needs.

Heavy-duty with ease of access

The 48-inch Table Blast is intended to handle up to 5,000 lb, when properly maintained, and has an initial abrasive charge of 800 lbs. There’s also a notched roof for easy overhead loading.

Precision blast wheel

A properly balanced, direct drive, seven-blade blast wheel (optional variable speed) ensures consistency and efficiency, paired with a 15HP motor.

Versatile and durable table

Besides critical components being cast-alloy, the cabinet can be fully cast-lined for superior wear resistance. Further, a Magna-Valve can be incorporated for maximum shot flow and no abrasive valve adjustment. Like other Dura-Blast models, the 48” Table Blast comes with a standard touch-screen and PLC.

Operator Safety

Safety measures are in place; plus, the cabinet door has a Manganese liner which directs abrasives back into the cabinet. The door pin prevents accidental opening and ensures the door stays closed even in case of a power outage.
